Reports To: Global Head – Customer Success
Locus is looking for an experienced Delivery Leader to build and lead our global delivery organization, owning end-to-end client onboarding, implementation, and go-live for enterprise customers—particularly in the Western markets (North America & Europe). The role requires strong operational leadership, enterprise program management expertise, and the ability to scale a high-performing, customer-centric team that can deliver complex multi-country rollouts.
Key Responsibilities
1. Build & Lead the Delivery Function
Establish the global delivery organization from the ground up, including process design, governance models, and performance metrics.
Hire, mentor, and scale a high-performing delivery team with regional leaders, project managers, solution architects, and onboarding specialists.
Drive collaboration between Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure smooth handover from sales to delivery to BAU operations.
2. Enterprise Implementation Excellence
Own end-to-end delivery for large-scale, multi-process enterprise clients from contract signature to successful go-live.
Develop and enforce project management frameworks (PMO standards, risk management, change control).
Ensure implementations meet contractual obligations, SLAs, and customer KPIs.
3. Stakeholder & Executive Management
Serve as the primary delivery escalation point for senior stakeholders at client and internal leadership levels.
Navigate complex global accounts with multi-country stakeholders, ensuring alignment and proactive communication.
4. Scale & Standardize Operations
Implement repeatable onboarding and delivery playbooks that can scale across industries and geographies.
Measure delivery efficiency through data-driven KPIs and continuously improve processes for speed, quality, and customer satisfaction.
5. Western Market Client Focus
Leverage cultural and operational understanding of Western enterprise clients to ensure high adoption and smooth change management.
Adapt delivery and onboarding approaches for clients in North America and Europe.
Required Skills & Experience
Experience: 12–18 years in enterprise SaaS delivery, implementation, or program management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of scaling delivery organizations in a high-growth environment.
Strong understanding of Western enterprise customer expectations, governance, and communication styles.
Experience delivering multi-country, multi-stakeholder rollouts for Fortune 500 or equivalent clients.
PMP/Prince2/Agile certifications preferred.
Ability to travel globally as required.
