Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Demand Generation Lead to spearhead our enterprise pipeline acceleration strategy. This role will be responsible for building and executing data-driven demand generation programs that target Fortune 500 retailers, CPG brands, and logistics companies across North America, Europe, Middle East, South East Asia and emerging markets. You'll work closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to drive qualified pipeline growth.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Pipeline Development
Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategy targeting our ideal customer profile: Enterprise retailers, CPG/FMCG brands, and 3PL companies
Build and maintain a Target Account List of high-value prospects across key verticals
Create account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns for enterprise prospects
Establish predictable pipeline generation to support the revenue targets
Campaign Management & Execution
Design and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns including:
LinkedIn and industry-specific digital advertising
Content syndication and thought leadership programs
Webinar and virtual event strategies
Email nurture sequences and marketing automation
Develop region-specific campaigns for NA, EU, India, MEA, and SEA markets
Create compelling value propositions for different buyer personas
Performance Analytics & Optimisation
Establish and track key metrics including:
Pipeline velocity and conversion rates
Cost per qualified lead and customer acquisition cost
Campaign ROI and attribution modelling
Account engagement scores and buying signals
Implement advanced lead scoring and qualification frameworks
Conduct regular campaign performance analysis and optimization
Required Qualifications
Experience & Background
8+ years of B2B demand generation experience, preferably in SaaS, logistics, or enterprise software technology
Proven track record of generating $25M+ pipeline annually
Experience with enterprise sales cycles (6-18 months) and complex buying committees
Background in supply chain, logistics, or transportation technology preferred
Technical Skills
Expert proficiency in marketing automation platforms
Experience in using disruptive AI solutions for demand generation
Experience with ABM platforms
Knowledge of social selling techniques
