Job Overview:
People & Culture Business Partner (3-6 Years of experience)
At Locus, we’re solving some of the toughest real-world logistics problems through tech, data, and design, and none of that magic happens without our people.
We’re looking for a P&C Partner who can bring equal parts strategy, empathy, and action to help our teams do their best work. You’ll partner with leaders, challenge status quos, and design people practices that are as smart and dynamic as the products we build.

Responsibilities
Partner with business leaders to drive high-impact people initiatives, from org design to performance to growth
Champion Locus’s culture and values while helping teams scale sustainably
Analyze trends and people data to pre-empt issues and drive meaningful change.
Lead engagement initiatives, culture programs, and feedback loops that keep teams connected and motivated
Work closely as an advisor for overall organisation performance management system
Manage Team member relations with a calm head, fair lens, and human-first approach
Analyzing trends and metrics with the People & Culture department
Collaborate on L&D programs to upskill and grow internal talent, future leaders included.
Team member satisfaction surveys and action points
Team member engagement and grievance management
Support org design and change management during scale up phases
Requirements:
3 - 6 years of proven work experience as an People & Culture business partner in a Product company or Startup is a must
Analytical and goal oriented
Excellent communication skills
Demonstrable experience with People & Culture metrics
Proven experience in policy creation and Implementation
Strong understanding of the People & Culture systems
Strong people management skills
