About the Role:
We’re reimagining how product marketing content drives go-to-market impact, sales alignment, and customer clarity. We are seeking a sharp and versatile content professional to lead our product-focused content efforts, crafting targeted messaging and sales-ready collateral that clearly demonstrate value, address buyer concerns, and drive decision-making for prospects ready to engage. In this role, you will partner closely with product managers, marketers, and sales teams to deliver clear, high-impact narratives that enable revenue growth and build brand trust.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Marketing Collateral: Own the development of sales decks, solution briefs, product newsletters, and customer-facing documents, grounded in deep research on retail and logistics industry trends as well as competitor analysis to ensure market-relevant positioning.
Sales Enablement Writing: Create messaging frameworks, one-pagers, and battle cards that empower sales teams with persuasive, technically accurate, and competitively differentiated content.
Value Proposition Development: Craft crisp, differentiated value messaging for product launches, website pages, and customer presentations, informed by ongoing market and competitor insights.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, design, and GTM teams to align on positioning and bring clarity to technical capabilities, ensuring messaging resonates amid competitive dynamics.
Content Execution: Manage timelines, stakeholders, and quality to execute content initiatives with speed, strategic intent, and a strong awareness of market shifts.
Qualifications:
5-8 years of content writing experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology, with a strong focus on product marketing or sales enablement.
Proven ability to simplify complex product concepts and tailor messaging for technical, sales, and executive audiences.
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with an eye for detail, structure, and brand voice.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and owning content delivery across the funnel.
Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
