Job Title: Data Research + HubSpot CRM Specialist
Location: Bangalore (On-site; full-time)

We’re looking for an early-career hire to keep our HubSpot CRM clean and help our revenue team by researching + enriching prospect/contact details. You’ll work closely with SDRs, sales and RevOps to make sure outreach lists are accurate and reporting is trustworthy.
Lead research & enrichment (core)
Build/enrich prospect lists for SDRs (name, title, function, LinkedIn, company website/domain, location/time zone, email/phone if tools allow).
Verify persona fit (right role/seniority) and avoid obvious bad data.
Maintain simple enrichment trackers and upload clean lists into HubSpot.
HubSpot CRM hygiene (core)
Spot and merge duplicates (contacts/companies).
Fix missing/incorrect fields, naming issues, and broken associations (contact ↔ company).
Maintain basic data rules (required fields, picklist discipline, consistent source tagging where available).
Light analytics (support)
Weekly basics: leads created, enrichment completed, duplicates resolved, missing-field trends.
Pull lists/exports for SDR and RevOps when needed.
HubSpot, Google Sheets/Excel
LinkedIn + ZoomInfo
SDRs get clean lists on time, with minimal rework
Duplicate rate and missing-field gaps go down month over month
HubSpot reports don’t break because of messy data
0–2 years experience in lead research, CRM ops, sales ops support, or similar
Strong attention to detail + comfort with repetitive work
Good with Sheets/Excel (filters, de-dupe, basic pivots)
Clear communicator; can follow SOPs and improve them
Prior HubSpot exposure
Experience using any enrichment tool (Apollo/ZoomInfo, etc.)
Basic understanding of funnel stages / lead statuses
Fast-moving, high-ownership role: you’ll build the process while doing the work..
