Battle-tested in 350+ deployments across 30+ countries, Locus is an agentic Transportation Management System for all-mile, all-channel, trusted by enterprises like Unilever, Nestlé, and Siam Makro.
The platform unifies orders, capacity, and carrier networks into one living plan, aligning planning, execution, and settlement so promises become proof. AI co-pilots with guardrails surface risk early and recommend the next best move to protect SLAs and reduce empty miles.
In 2025, Locus joined the Ingka Group (IKEA Retail) family, marking a major milestone in our journey. Backed by the scale and strength of IKEA, we continue to operate independently while accelerating our mission to make global supply chains faster, smarter, and more sustainable.
Since 2015, Locus has been on a mission to make logistics decision-making intelligent, sustainable, and real-world ready. Our platform has powered billions of deliveries across 30+ countries for global enterprises, driving measurable impact in cost savings, carbon reduction, and SLA performance. With the strength of the IKEA ecosystem behind us, we're scaling that impact even further.
Headquartered in Bangalore, with teams across the U.S., U.K., UAE, and Southeast Asia, Locus brings together 170+ engineers, designers, and problem-solvers united by a single goal: to reinvent how the world moves goods.
Locus operates as a software factory - continuously building and deploying intelligent systems that solve complex, real-world supply chain problems at scale. Our latest focus is Agentic AI: autonomous, decision-making systems that plan, optimize, and execute logistics workflows with minimal human intervention. We're evolving into an AI-native platform, with our Agentic TMS at the core of this transformation.
Global in mindset: curious about diverse markets and ideas.
Unrelenting in drive: energized by complex challenges.
Intelligent in approach: analytical, creative, and thoughtful.
Dynamic in execution: adaptive and decisive in fast-moving contexts.
Exact in craft: detail-oriented and committed to excellence.
We're looking for a sharp, hands-on Product Marketing Manager to drive the go-to-market motion across the Locus product suite - from positioning and launches to sales enablement, customer advocacy, and category-building around Agentic AI.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who's equal parts strategist and operator. You'll partner closely with Product Management, Sales, Customer Success, and a full-stack marketing team to turn product capability into market momentum. You'll work alongside product marketing leadership to set direction, then go deep on execution: launches, narratives, collaterals, case studies, web, and partner motions.
If you're energized by complex enterprise SaaS, can translate dense technical concepts into clean customer stories, and like seeing your work show up on stage, on screen, and in the field - read on.
Plan and execute GTM for new product launches, feature releases, and major updates - owning the launch brief, narrative, asset stack, internal rollout, and external campaign in close lockstep with Product and Marketing.
Sharpen ideal customer profiles, buyer personas (Head of Logistics, VP Supply Chain, CIO), and use cases - refreshing them as the market and product evolve.
Run competitive analysis against key industry players and translate insights into differentiators, battlecards, and positioning shifts.
Develop differentiated, evidence-based positioning and messaging for the Locus platform and its individual modules.
Drive the narrative around Agentic AI and AI-native logistics - simplifying autonomous decisioning systems into clear customer value, and contributing to category-building around Agentic TMS.
Partner with the content, design, web, and video teams to translate messaging into a polished asset library - product pages, solution briefs, data sheets, decks, videos, and web content.
Build the tools the field actually uses - pitch decks, battlecards, ROI calculators, objection handlers, persona kits, and tailored demo narratives.
Run product training and market briefings for Sales, Customer Success, and BD teams - making sure every customer conversation lands with the right story.
Own the customer advocacy engine end-to-end - sourcing customer stories, running interviews, shaping narratives, and producing case studies, video testimonials, and reference assets.
Build a strong pipeline of named references across industries and geographies, in close partnership with Customer Success and Sales.
Lead qualitative and quantitative research, win/loss analysis, and customer conversations - feeding insights back to Product and Marketing leadership.
Partner on web initiatives - product pages, solution pages, refreshed messaging surfaces - that keep Locus sharp and aligned with the current narrative.
Support partner and co-marketing motions where product positioning meets ecosystem strategy.
3–5 years of Product Marketing experience in B2B SaaS, with hands-on ownership across positioning, messaging, launches, and sales enablement.
Track record of launching enterprise software features or products into market - owning the work, not just coordinating it.
Exposure to logistics, supply chain, transportation tech, or an adjacent complex B2B domain is a strong plus.
Strategic and hands-on: equally comfortable shaping a launch narrative and writing the deck slides yourself.
Sharp communicator: clear, confident, and concise in writing and on calls - able to hold your own with product, sales, and executive stakeholders.
Translator: turns dense technical concepts (routing optimization, ML, agentic decisioning) into crisp customer value.
Operator's instinct: comfortable juggling multiple workstreams, working with internal marketing pods, and shipping consistently to deadlines.
Data-aware: uses research, customer signal, and analytics to inform positioning and prioritize work.
AI Proficiency: Hands-on exposure to large language models (LLMs) and agentic AI workflows - leveraging them to conduct deep market research, synthesize insights, and produce high-impact marketing artifacts.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
Drive product marketing at one of the fastest-growing logistics SaaS companies, backed by the scale and strength of IKEA.
Shape how the world understands Agentic AI in logistics - a category in active formation.
Own meaningful surface area early in your PMM career, with strong leadership and a full-stack marketing team behind you.
Work directly with enterprise customers shaping how billions of deliveries happen worldwide.
Be part of a culture that values craft, ownership, and customer obsession.
