Role Purpose:


 We require an exceptional, results-driven - Field Marketing Manager. This individual contributor (IC) role will lead and implement the Field Marketing Strategy. Responsible for Demand generation, pipeline in ABM accounts .We are looking for a tenured B2B Field Marketing leader to support the high growth forecasted from the region. We need a strong leader who can be strategic and execution-focused to deliver Quarterly/ Monthly Sales Accepted Opportunity targets (both in terms of number & ARR), revenue and client loyalty for the Geo.


You don’t have to do it alone - you will have support from your superstar peers across the campaigns, events, digital, marketing operations, customer marketing communications, PR, and learn and leverage from your other field marketing peers. 


Role Responsibilities:


Own and implement the Field Marketing strategy, Campaigns & Event  plans, and Marketing budgets. 


Develop localised campaigns with a marketing mix (Roundtable events, webinars, ABM, PR & social) that focus on key sales objectives


Drive awareness, revenue growth, retention, and nurturing relationships with high-propensity targeted executives and accounts (ABM) & client accounts.


Work closely with the local sales, partner ecosystem and customer success team to co-create the field marketing strategy, content, events and campaigns.


Management of all events from start to finish. Including follow up activities and funnel movement. Types of events include seminars, trade shows, webinars, executive round tables and internal staff events.


Work with the Marketing Peers/ External vendor to execute any digital outreach needed for the region. Leverage paid channels to augment traffic, MQLs/ SQLs/ SAOs but not limited to TOFU but also demand generation, pipeline and thought leadership.


Work with the content team for all content assets, including; thought leadership whitepapers, brochures, landing pages, blogs, sales presentations, Email & nurture campaigns, case studies and PR Outreach.


Own marketing reporting and analytics, including monthly or quarterly forecasts. 


Be the point person for all data related to regional marketing activities and ensure the Performance Marketing team is hitting goals and metrics.


Achieve the Marketing KPIs, Revenue and client loyalty objectives for the region. Be accountable for results and drive from the beginning to the end of the funnel. 


Partner with the SDR to lead our demand generation efforts that focus on building, progression of pipeline and improving win rates from marketing sourced opportunities


Identify market opportunities and define the right field marketing programs to promote current and prospective customer engagement, generate new business, cross-sell and up-sell pipeline, and accelerate sales.



Who would fit the role?


Must have 5+ years of hands-on experience as a B2B marketing leader, with ownership of key metrics and a track record of driving impact


Ability to channel the years of experience in Locus specific scenarios to drive results.


Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or equivalent


Strong understanding of Demand Generation, pipeline building and Account-Based Marketing. Proven track record of delivering under a tight deadline 


 experience and working with a US-based organization


Stellar writing/editorial/ Event background with a portfolio of demonstrated examples


Self-motivated and positive with a “can-do” attitude. While driving the strategy, you will need to be ready to roll up the sleeves and get into the trenches.


Analytical, with the ability to capture and share critical data and insights and use data to drive key marketing strategies and decisions. Hands-on experience with marketing tech stacks.


SaaS start-up experience is a plus.
