About Locus

Battle-tested in 350+ deployments across 30+ countries, Locus is an agentic Transportation Management System (TMS) for all-mile, all-channel logistics-trusted by enterprises like Unilever, Nestlé, and Siam Makro. We unify orders, capacity, and carrier networks into one living plan, aligning planning, execution, and settlement so promises become proof. Our AI co-pilots (with guardrails) surface risk early and recommend the next best move to protect SLAs and reduce empty miles.

In 2025, Locus joined the Ingka Group (IKEA Retail) family, marking a major milestone in our journey. Backed by the scale and strength of IKEA, we continue to operate independently while accelerating our mission to make global supply chains faster, smarter, and more sustainable.

Headquartered in Bangalore, with teams across the U.S., U.K., UAE, and Southeast Asia, Locus brings together engineers, designers, and problem-solvers united by one goal: reinvent how the world moves goods.

Role Overview

The Executive Assistant (EA) to the CEO is a high-trust, high-impact role at the center of Locus’ operating rhythm. You’ll run a world-class CEO office: protect focus, reduce decision latency, anticipate what’s coming next, and ensure key meetings, communications, and leadership moments are exceptionally prepared and smoothly executed.

This role is ideal for someone who combines sharp judgment, calm execution under pressure, and an obsession with structure-while operating with discretion and excellent stakeholder management across time zones.

What You’ll Do

Executive Operations & Time Management

Own a complex, high-volume calendar across time zones: scheduling internal/external meetings, interviews, 1:1s, and team events.

  • Proactively protect CEO time by prioritizing high-leverage work, reshuffling non-urgent commitments, and communicating changes thoughtfully.
  • Drive meeting readiness: agendas, pre-reads, attendee alignment, logistics, and tight follow-through on action items.
Leadership Cadence & Events

  • Coordinate and run leadership and site-level events such as All Hands, Town Halls, and manager meetings.
  • Partner with People & Culture, Facilities, IT, Marketing and other leadership teams to manage venues, vendors, run-of-show, and on-site execution.
Stakeholder Management & Coordination

  • Own the CEO’s external stakeholder map - maintaining updated relationship context, cadence, and next actions; proactively surfacing who to engage, when, and why, to advance business outcomes.
  • Provide end-to-end coordination for visiting global executives, including multi-day agendas and integrated event plans.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with senior leaders, EAs, and key internal stakeholders, acting as a reliable point of orchestration.
Travel & Logistics

  • Organize domestic and international travel for the CEO and support key offsites as needed.
  • Manage vendors, venues, timelines, and on-ground logistics with strong attention to detail and contingency planning.
What You’ll Need

  • 3+ years of experience supporting senior executives, with a track record of managing complex calendars and optimizing schedules in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong anticipation and prioritization instincts-you stay several steps ahead and spot issues before they become problems.
  • Exceptional organization and operational rigor; you bring structure, clarity, and momentum to ambiguous situations.
  • Calm, confident communication and stakeholder management; ability to listen, collaborate, and influence without creating friction.
  • High discretion, sound judgment, and comfort handling sensitive information with integrity.
  • Bonus: experience working across global time zones and supporting leadership events/offsites.
Why Join Us

You’ll work at the center of a high-growth, global organization shaping the future of logistics-operating alongside senior leadership and helping set the cadence for how Locus executes. We offer competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and an environment where operational excellence is valued and visible.
