Locus is seeking an experienced and hands-on Director of Product Management to lead crucial parts of our product strategy and execution in the logistics software space.
Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Products, you will own the product roadmap of your area, roll up your sleeves to solve critical aspects of product design, and work with colleagues across other product areas and disciplines to deliver the complete enterprise-scale Transportation Management System (TMS) experience. You will also mentor and grow the product management team.

Build, mentor, and scale a team of product managers
Coach a high-performance team, providing frameworks and regular feedback to elevate product craft
Attract and retain top talent while fostering a high-performance culture
Drive clarity and prioritization across multiple product streams
Lead the creation of product vision, multi-year roadmaps, and quarterly OKRs.
Ensure on-time delivery of enterprise-grade features with measurable impact.
Partner with engineering and design on scalable SaaS delivery
Instill a customer-first, data-driven mindset within the product org
Champion product discovery, experimentation, and continuous improvement
Define and own product vision and roadmap across multiple pods/strategic streams
Translate business strategy into product KPIs and execution plans.
Drive cross-functional alignment with engineering, design, solutions, and customer success, sales, marketing, and executive leadership while leading a small team of sharp product managers
Oversee product launches, pricing strategies, and adoption metrics
Partner with revenue teams to support enterprise deal velocity and customer success
Engage directly with enterprise clients as a product evangelist and thought leader
Dive into design details, drive feature triage, actively participate in writing and reviewing parts of detailed specifications
10+ years of product management experience, with about 5 years in a leadership role building enterprise-scale software products that have served a large customer base and resulted in multimillion-dollar revenue streams
Strong domain knowledge in logistics, including operational processes and software solutions (e.g., TMS, WMS, SCM platforms) and the ability to stay on top of industry trends in logistics
Strong technical acumen with good working knowledge of domain driven design and deep familiarity with SaaS platforms (multi-tenancy, billing & metering, cloud-native solutions with self-service onboarding) and API ecosystems (designing endpoints, managing integrations, and ensuring scalability)
The ability to stay ahead of the curve in terms of responding to technology changes and waves
Proven track record of collaborating with diverse, multi-functional teams and C-level executives.

Ability to focus on business impact, customer insights, and measurable results
Exceptional communication skills
Advanced degree such as a masters in Computer Science or equivalent or an MBA with a keen focus on supply chain management subjects
