About Locus
Battle-tested in 350+ deployments across 30+ countries, Locus is an agentic Transportation Management System for all-mile, all-channel, trusted by enterprises like Unilever, Nestlé, and Siam Makro.
The platform unifies orders, capacity, and carrier networks into one living plan, aligning planning, execution, and settlement so promises become proof. AI co-pilots with guardrails surface risk early and recommend the next best move to protect SLAs and reduce empty miles.
In 2025, Locus joined the Ingka Group (IKEA Retail) family, marking a major milestone in our journey. Backed by the scale and strength of IKEA, we continue to operate independently while accelerating our mission to make global supply chains faster, smarter, and more sustainable.
Since 2015, Locus has been on a mission to make logistics decision-making intelligent, sustainable, and real-world ready. Our platform has powered billions of deliveries across 30 + countries for global enterprises, driving measurable impact in cost savings, carbon reduction, and SLA performance. With the strength of the IKEA ecosystem behind us, we’re scaling that impact even further.
Headquartered in Bangalore, with teams across the U.S., U.K., UAE, and Southeast Asia, Locus brings together 170 + engineers, designers, and problem-solvers united by a single goal: to reinvent how the world moves goods.
We look for people who are:
Global in mindset: curious about diverse markets and ideas.
Unrelenting in drive: energized by complex challenges.
Intelligent in approach: analytical, creative, and thoughtful.
Dynamic in execution: adaptive and decisive in fast-moving contexts.
Exact in craft: detail-oriented and committed to excellence.
We’re looking for a generalist analyst to partner with the CPO on strategic planning, research, execution, and incubation of new initiatives. You’ll work across Product, Design, Engineering, Data Science, and GTM to turn ambiguous problems into clear plans, decisions, and measurable outcomes.
Your work will include, but is not limited to:
Build and maintain product operating cadences: quarterly OKRs, roadmap views, and exec-ready governance.
Develop decision frameworks for prioritization (impact/effort, capacity, risk), aligning teams on trade-offs.
Translate business goals into product metrics (north-star, input metrics) and track progress.
Drive structured problem discovery: user interviews, support/CRM mining, and field feedback synthesis.
Conduct market/competitive scans, pricing/product parity analyses, and opportunity/market sizing.
Build analytical models and dashboards to inform product bets and measure outcomes.
Orchestrate cross-functional programs from spec to launch
Pressure-test PRDs/acceptance criteria for clarity, data instrumentation, and measurable success criteria.
Run post-launch reviews (what worked, what didn’t, next iteration) with clear owner/action follow-ups.
Partner with the CPO to propose, research, explore and validate moonshot initiatives.
Stand up quick experiments (A/Bs, pilots, simulations) and codify learnings into roadmap proposals.
Prepare investment cases with scenario modeling and ROI/Payback views.
Produce crisp, visual artifacts: one-pagers, decision memos, exec updates, and board-level materials.
Facilitate revenue enablement on use-cases, market sizing, value propositions and roadmap selling.
1–4 years of experience in product strategy/ops, consulting, analytics, or a similar generalist role.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Management, or equivalent.
Structured problem-solving, strong quantitative skills
Ability to think critically, understand the requirements through effective listening, comprehension, and probing skills
Clear, concise writing and presentation skills; ability to work 1:1 with senior stakeholders.
High ownership, excellent organization, and comfort with fast-moving, ambiguous contexts.
Experience in B2B SaaS, logistics/supply chain, or AI-enabled products.
Familiarity with PRD writing, instrumentation/experimentation basics, and API concepts.
Tools: JIRA, Notion/Confluence, BI (Looker/Tableau/Power BI), Figma for light UX reviews.
