About the role
As Manager - Finance, you will lead month-end closures, ensure accurate financial reporting under Ind AS and IFRS, and manage audits end-to-end. You'll drive process improvements, and ensure tax compliance. The role requires a proactive CA with strong financial and reporting expertise.
Independently manage month-end financial close activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Lead and guide the finance team to drive deliverables and maintain high standards of execution.
Ensure compliance with Ind AS and IFRS in all financial reporting and accounting processes.
Review and finalize financial statements, reconciliations, and key reports.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and auditors for seamless reporting and group audits.
Identify process gaps and implement improvements to drive efficiency and automation.
should be proficient in Direct & Indirect Taxes. Working knowledge of Global Taxes is preferred
Qualified Chartered Accountant with 4–5 years of post-qualification experience.
Solid working knowledge of IFRS and Ind AS.
Strong command over financial close processes and reporting.
Experience in leading a small team or managing workstreams within finance.
Should have worked in Big 4 statutory audit or in a SaaS company.
Should have experience managing audits end-to-end.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
