About Locus

Battle-tested in 350+ deployments across 30+ countries, Locus is an agentic Transportation Management System for all-mile, all-channel, trusted by enterprises like Unilever, Nestlé, and Siam Makro.

The platform unifies orders, capacity, and carrier networks into one living plan, aligning planning, execution, and settlement so promises become proof. AI co-pilots with guardrails surface risk early and recommend the next best move to protect SLAs and reduce empty miles.

In 2025, Locus joined the Ingka Group (IKEA Retail) family, marking a major milestone in our journey. Backed by the scale and strength of IKEA, we continue to operate independently while accelerating our mission to make global supply chains faster, smarter, and more sustainable.

Our Journey and Impact

Since 2015, Locus has been on a mission to make logistics decision-making intelligent, sustainable, and real-world ready. Our platform has powered billions of deliveries across 30 + countries for global enterprises, driving measurable impact in cost savings, carbon reduction, and SLA performance. With the strength of the IKEA ecosystem behind us, we’re scaling that impact even further.

Our Global Footprint

Headquartered in Bangalore, with teams across the U.S., U.K., UAE, and Southeast Asia, Locus brings together 170 + engineers, designers, and problem-solvers united by a single goal: to reinvent how the world moves goods.

Traits We Value

We look for people who are:

  • Global in mindset: curious about diverse markets and ideas.

  • Unrelenting in drive: energized by complex challenges.

  • Intelligent in approach: analytical, creative, and thoughtful.

  • Dynamic in execution: adaptive and decisive in fast-moving contexts.

  • Exact in craft: detail-oriented and committed to excellence.

About the role

Locus is rebuilding last-mile delivery as a multi-tenant SaaS platform. The DiSCO Mobile App is the driver-facing surface — used by drivers, 2-person crews, and hub-ops staff across enterprise tenants (IKEA, Giant Tiger, and the long tail of Locus customers).

The Senior PM will own one or more product modules end-to-end — Hub & Depot Operations, Execution at Customer Stop, Returns & Reverse Logistics, Multi-Trip Shifts, or Workforce & Auth — from scoping with domain PMs, through workflow design with UX, to release readiness with the engineering pod and customer-onboarding teams.

The role partners with the Principal PM on overall app vision and runs its modules independently.

What you'll do

  • Own a slice of the mobile app: scope it, write the spec, drive design partnership, shepherd it through engineering, land it in tenant rollouts.

  • Author mobile workflow specs (Delivery / Pickup / Hub & Depot / Returns) and the matching epic + story tickets in Jira.

  • Coordinate with domain PMs (Execution, Hub Ops, Workforce, Order Management) to translate entity specs and design decisions into driver-facing scenarios.

  • Partner with UX on gap closure and with the mobile engineering pod on sequencing and delivery.

  • Own one or more enterprise tenant rollouts — translating customer requirements into product changes vs. tenant config, and holding the line on what is product-grade vs. one-off.

  • Uphold platform defaults: client-agnostic architecture, point-of-use permissions, plain-language UX, no over-engineered enterprise theatre.

What we're looking for

  • 6+ years in product management, including 3+ years on enterprise SaaS or platform products. Mobile app PM experience is a strong plus.

  • Shipped in domain-heavy, multi-team environments — comfortable reading entity specs, sequence diagrams, and engineering RFCs, not just user stories.

  • Spec author. Can write a 3,000-word workflow doc that engineering, design, and customer success can all build from.

  • Strong opinions about driver / operator UX — has shipped for low-context, high-pressure mobile users (delivery, field service, frontline ops, warehousing).

  • Jira-as-source-of-truth discipline: every scope decision is a ticket, every blocker is a link, every spec gap is a child story.

  • Bias toward plain language, concrete examples, and decision-by-tradeoff over decision-by-framework.

Nice to have

  • Logistics / last-mile / supply-chain domain background.

  • Multi-tenant SaaS scoping experience (what's product vs. what's tenant config).

  • Comfort with domain-driven teams (DDD, event sourcing, entity-first specs
